I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, based in Buckinghamshire, providing short and long-term therapy, in person and online. I have completed specialist training with Nick Duffell around Boarding School Syndrome.
My approach is relational and collaborative, offering a warm, supportive, confidential and non-judgemental environment to help you explore the issues or experiences affecting you. I have experience working with those presenting with stress, anxiety and panic; relationship problems; problems around eating or sleeping; loss and bereavement; lack of motivation; low self-esteem; self harm and suicidal thoughts; dissociation; issues arising from boarding school, trauma and abuse, and those with diagnosed conditions such as depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
