Marcus Gottlieb is an ex-boarding school pupil. He is a somatic, humanistic, existential psychotherapist, incorporating Pesso-Boyden and Alexander Technique in his approach. He is UKCP-registered and BACP-accredited. He is interested in all forms of trauma, having been sent to Boarding School in the 1970s. He has trained since 2005 under Nick Duffell, Helena Løvendal and Joy Schaverien. He regularly facilitates BSS workshops and also volunteers as a group worker on ‘Heal For Life’ residential weeks and with the charity Mavar as a therapist supporting ex-Chasidim exploring life beyond ultra-orthodoxy.
