Karen is an ex-boarder and an NCPS accredited counsellor working with adults online, and from Hove in East Sussex. She works with adults around a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and self esteem. Her core training is in Transactional Analysis; she attended the specialist training in psychotherapeutic work with ex-boarders led by Nick Duffell and Nicola Miller in 2017/18. Her first career was as a Chartered Accountant and she brings to her practice an understanding of both corporate and not for profit workplaces. She offers short and long term individual counselling and runs a therapeutic support group for ex-boarders in Hove.
