Hi, I’m Josephine Allen and I practise Analytical Hypnotherapy, which blends the deep insights of psychoanalysis with the transformative power of hypnosis. My approach goes beyond treating symptoms – I target the root cause of challenges to provide lasting relief. Every therapeutic journey I guide is as unique as the person undertaking it, tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
With boarding school trauma, this is often working through deeply seated feelings which are often conflicting and perhaps have been buried for many years. Everyone is at different points in their journey, and I work at a pace that suits you. During therapy, I am creating a safe, nurturing space for you to fully explore the past without judgement. Together, we’ll uncover and reprocess any trapped emotions, freeing you to find peace and balance within yourself
