Jaime is an experienced EMDR Practitioner – EMDR UK and CBT – BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist and Supervisor. He is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. He specialises in childhood and adult trauma, OCD, Anxiety, Sleep and adjustment difficulties. He has worked with a wide variety of people over the years coming from all walks of life. He is compassionate, kind, respectful and adaptable to people’s needs. Jaime has been trained in a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, ACT, DBT, CFT and Schema Therapy. He uses all of these knowledge to ensure people’s journey to recovery meets their individual circumstances and situation
