Sarah is an experienced and fully accredited psychotherapist and counsellor, working from her clinic in Hay-on-Wye (Herefordshire), and also by online video. Her therapy combines gentleness and curiosity in a pragmatic approach to help people overcome trauma, ease anxiety and depression, transform relationships, and find the courage to live richly and fully. Sarah’s experience of working with traumatic survival patterns, and the deep personal and relational difficulties these can cause later in life, led her to undertake specialist training in working with adults who were sent away to boarding school. She has a particular interest in working with older adults, and those on the autistic spectrum
