Rod originally trained at The Manchester Institute For Psychotherapy in Transactional Analysis 20+ years ago. He is now a celebrated author (his books are in our resource section), coach, certified Healing The Shadow practitioner, and experienced group work facilitator. A message from Rod: The journey has been one of continual adventure and discovery: the excitement of learning new ways of working, the total fascination of exploring the human mind, and the reward of seeing people grow back into the fullness of themselves. Understanding the experiences of so many children at independent and boarding schools (and also some state Grammar Schools, a fact which seems to be still shrouded in secrecy) makes me more determined to bring all I can to the work my clients and I do together
